Sweet Potato and Onion Gratin

250g sweet potato, peeled
3 large onions
3 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 sprigs rosemary, chopped
8-10 fresh sage leaves, chopped
Handful of parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper

Increase in rickets astonishes doctors

More than 20% of children tested showed signs of the bone disease rickets, Southampton University Hospitals NHS Trust said.

Vitamin D deficiency is caused by lack of day light exposure and a poor diet.
