Auto Draft

  • half a cup of chia seeds
  • 3 cups of almond or hazlenut milk -
  • half a cup of goji berries
  • 1/8-1/4 cup of agave or maple syrup to taste

Mix well to break up the chia seeds and prevent a lumpy pudding
Leave to soak in the fridge overnight
I make mine in a large jar – this recipe lasts a few days stored in the fridge in an airtight container or jar

Delicious served on its own or with fresh fruit sliced on top or a handful of fresh berries
