Auto Draft

  • Filtered water
  • Fresh pineapple – skin removed
  • Fresh washed spinach or kale leaves
  • 1/4-1/2 avocado
  • Splash of Coconut milk/water
  • Fresh piece of peeled root Ginger – thumb size or to taste
  • Squeeze of lemon or lime juice
  • Optional extra – 1/4-1/2 tsp organic Barley Grass

Blend together in a high power blender and drink immediately, ‘chewing’ your smoothie to savour and mix with the digestive enzymes in your mouth.

Half can be stored to drink later in your day, in a sealed glass jar in your fridge, or a thermos mug.

***General guidelines on propertions*** Half sweet fruit (pineapple) and water.  Quarter green vegetable (spinach or kale)  Add extras to taste.
