After a 30 year roller coaster of ME, sometimes being unable to even walk 20 yards, the Lightning Process has given me the choice to live my life the way I want.

I now wake up 7am happy, get to School with ease, I do heavy gardening for hours on end, I have a new Job doing evening parties and I can use all the lovely products with no reactions!
